Let’s begin by sharing our story of why Prosperity Planning began.

We have been married for 10 years, started dating as teenagers, and practically grew up together. As we both entered the workforce, we realized how little we were taught in schools, by society, and even by our parents about being financially aware, how to budget, how to interview for that job, and once you get a job; what steps of “adulting” must you do?

The financial coaching side was developed after many years of self perseverance, delayed gratification, and smart money moves. We realized how blessed we have been in gaining financial freedom and wanted to share our techniques with others. After having children, we recognized the harsh reality of society’s lack of awareness in one’s personal finances and the lack of education available to others to make a drastic difference in their lives. Our goal is to provide a legacy for our family, one that can last for generations after us and we believe it all begins with being financially wise and want to share this information with others.

The professional services side; The idea came after realizing people aren’t taught next steps after grade school. Even if you go on to college, join the military, or enter the workplace, there isn’t a platform that teaches “professional services” for next steps in your career. Individuals find themselves navigating the complexities of job searches or transitions without the necessary guidance, especially in areas related to professionalization and creating a tailored resume. This lack of support can hinder their progress and success in finding and securing employment opportunities. With Danielle’s professional experience and attention to detail, many friends and family members began asking her to take a look at their resumes and make suggested edits or for some, requesting she create one from scratch. She quickly discovered her talents in this field and was eager to assist others in enhancing their skills to catch the attention of recruiters sifting through numerous job applications.
